[podman] Clean pods on crash #1538

Follow up from #1532 (comment), we should clean up the created pods on crashes. Also, we can print a hint of how to manually clean the environment

podman pod rm -f --all

We should just clean the pods from the namespace, since this cmd will remove everything.
