[XCMv3] Add NonFungiblesAdapter to AssetTransactors

Motivation

As we now have a working XCMv3 setup (#41), we should add NonFungiblesAdapter to the Trappist's runtime.

Suggested Solution

I've found some directions in the xcm-simulator directory, in example/parachains.rs and example/parachains.rs, that could help on this one.

Alternatives

An alternative would be creating our own tests for this.

Additional Information

Would be good (maybe necessary) to add pallet-uniques in the "third" parachain runtime (eg Penpal).

I believe @hbulgarini has an implementation in the sub0_2022 branch. Un-assigning @arturgontijo for now. To be picked up and closed once we have a stable XCM v3 dev environment.

@hbulgarini can you review this one and amend if needed ? should we draw inspiration from Statemine's XCM runtime config ?
