Adding a backend controller and using nodemailer we can send the feecback data to the project admin with review stars.

@param-code i am starting work on this issue but generally people give this issue to level 3 because sending email to the project admin needs to create some api and also i have to use nodemailer for it and then fetch frontend in it. So can you plz increase its level and atleast make it level 2 so it will be a great help.
