Update User Guide to include installations instructions.

Verify first that these installation instructions are still valid. NOTE: Repo location listed is out-of-date at the very least.

That document should be removed. The official user guide page 4 has up to date instructions.

The problem is that the instructions for Linux users has been omitted because of our change in policy that Parallax Education (the installation instructions are hosted in Learn tutorials) supports Windows and Mac users directly and asks/expects Linux users to build from the repository itself.

That's right. It will likely be a fairly minor update.
