This relates to the second post in Issue #56.

Test FTDI Driver on virgin macOS Sierra

Keep Apple FTDI driver as-is (installed and enabled)
- Unplug/replug USB device, determine what happens
  - How does this relate to what happens on pre-Sierra?
Disable Apple FTDI driver (keep installed)
- Unplug/replug USB device, determine what happens
Disable FTDI driver, reenable Apple FTDI driver
Unplug/replug USB device, determine what happens
