terminus import:site --help
does not explain what contents are expected in the site archive aturl
I could find this archive in the tests
https://dev-site-archive-d7.pantheonsite.io/sites/default/files/site-archive-d7.tar.g
Is it safe to assume that this expects the web root including a pantheon.sql file?
If this was to be used to recover from a backup, it would be more useful to specify urls for db, code and files.
