Sync outcomes/todos:

Update table to reflect D7 EOL
Crosslink to migration guide and/or d7 landing
Draft new release note:
- Pantheon intends to run and support D7 sites beyond drupal.org date, and we will do so in partnership with tag1

Deferred to a new issue:
- disambiguate the word "supported" in this table. Does it mean this runs on the platform? Does it mean CSE supports it? Does it mean LTS and security patches pushed to the upstream past EOL?
- Move this to productboard as a new insight in the docs > search component: Consider search experience for specific keywords
  - Deprecated docs clutter the experience
    - https://docs.pantheon.io/drupal-updates
    - https://docs.pantheon.io/composer-convert
      Any enhancements you can do in an hour or less via addsearch admin tools do it as part this PR (lower rank for deprecated pages)
