No thumbnails of wiki images

Hi. Recently, Blockhead has uploaded a image at https://pandorabox.io/index.php/File:Sherwood_rwy_A.jpeg , but it doesn't have a thumbnail, instead there's a error: Error creating thumbnail: Incomplete GD library configuration: Missing function imagecreatefromjpeg.

Expected behavior:
Thumbnail appears

Actual behavior:
A error message appears
