Possible to disapprove PR if description is empty?

Is there an easy way to disapprove a PR if the description is either blank or doesn't match certain criteria (I'm thinking regex here)?

I was poking around docs and issues but couldn't find anything specifically for PR descriptions, so I figured I would ask.

It looks like this is not currently possible because we don't have a body predicate. That should be pretty easy to add though and would work similarly to the existing title predicate.
