Description

Packit nicely created updates for me (amazing!) but I haven't got a single email about it.

I'd expect that since it's my package, bodhi would email me by default.

I understand this is not Packit's fault but is it possible to tag me in an update?

Benefit

Maintainers know what's happening to their package.

Importance

Nice to have, I can always manually navigate to bodhi and look for the updates.

What is the impacted category (job)?

Fedora release automation

Workaround

  • There is an existing workaround that can be used until this feature is implemented.

Participation

  • I am willing to submit a pull request for this issue. (Packit team is happy to help!)

Hi @TomasTomecek,

you are right it's not ideal. I've created an issue for it already some time ago:
#2404
I've also created an issue on the Bodhi side:
fedora-infra/bodhi#5644

Currently, you can use https://notifications.fedoraproject.org/ to set this up (either via email or matrix).
I have on my todo to document this properly..;)

Closing in favour of the other issue if you don't mind.
