The goal of this epic is to increase the number of onboarded users (=at least one release synced) to 200 by the end of Q4/2023.

This will be done by:

  • Helping people with the onboarding (e.g. capacity to be present in chat and proactively help).
  • Improving the onboarding process (e.g. documentation improvements).
  • Marketing (e.g. blog posts, Fedora marketing channels, Mastodon announcements, marketing in RH offices)
  • Workshops.
  • Small functionality improvements to unblock users or improve the UX.
