Sminq_Offline_Sync

This Repository is one of the Tests for Sminq, It needs to maintain a Local DB & Sync the data from Server.

TASK STATEMENT: Build a simple task list which stores entries hitting an api on remote server, this should also work offline so if internet is off the list should be stored locally and synced to server when internet is on.
