Is this repo still active? If not maybe @nbergst or @caseymcc or @bitbar could be in charge of maintainance as they are the most proactive.

Unfortunately I do not have much time right now to make commits to this repo. If some of the people you mentioned want to be in charge I am fine with it.

Maybe you can setup a group and add a few people to it so items can get merged as needed (however I currently only see 1 outstanding). I wouldn't mind looking over PRs and approving them. However the changes that at least @nbergst and myself have added I think would likely need to be discussed before we merged them. @nbergst code is strictly for cuda and I tried to take that and add compile time options for cpu, cuda and opencl (and although the opencl version works, it needs optimization). But like I said I think we would need some feedback from the community before merging those back.
