Refresh should not collapse submenus

Perhaps refreshing should just be paused (maybe optionally as a setting) while the menu is opened? Or else diff the output with the previous output and don't do anything if it hasn't changed.

Argos is super useful to me. I use it to integrate with my time tracking and invoicing software.

While a timer is running, the panel shows the elapsed time, so it updates every second. But that makes submenus really annoying.
