Make relay connections easier

Currently the relay process is a bit difficult, having to screen in after a process has started. Is there any way to combine this into one process? I know ssc is still working on that so is it worth doing this or wait for ssc's full implementation?

Getting stv working through ssc on heavy is just a matter of getting the config right, I don't really see anything else it should be doing unless you need it to do more?

Getting asked a lot to set up relays for watching matches and I'm turning many down (like once or twice a week). I'm stopping those requests since I find them mildly annoying at this rate. Either way, I'm happy to wait till ssc is working. Remind me, what's the issue with the config again?

Idk, we couldn't connect to the relay or the relay couldn't connect to the server, something like that
