[Suggestion] Allow to throw Charged Snowball from a Dispenser instead of drop it

• Powah: 5.0.5

Issue description:

When I use a Dispenser, instead of throw a Charged Snowball, it drops it like a Dropper. It should throw it like a normal Snowball

What you need is https://github.com/Technici4n/Powah/issues . This repo had builds only up to 1.16.5 Forge . Pretty sure all the mods from this dev are abandoned. Guy got hacked awhile back, and has done nothing since then.
