We need to think about IAM implementation, how we can manager the right with theses actions buttons

Use case one (all ok) Green banner :"Action you requested has been applied on all ressources selected"
Use case two (all ko) Green banner :"Action you requested was not applicable on all ressources selected + display API error for each ressource"
Use case tree (few OK/few KO) Yellow banner :

"Action you requested has been applied on some ressources selected : list of name of the ressources".
"Action you requested was not applicable on some ressources selected + display API error for each ressource"
