Where is this "other user-facing documentation"?

In the bounty description, you mentioned that the README.md file in the algorand/sandbox repository needed to be updated. That's cool. But you also mentioned the phrase other user-facing documentation. Is this documentation in another repository? I could use some help identifying where I need to change things. It would save some time.

@overhead525 With 'other user-facing documentation' we mean that you should update a README if you think it's useful. Most importantly, we would like you to update the README for the algorand/sandbox repo. That's it! If you need help, you can tag the people who have created the issue from Algorand.
