Spelling mistakes in docs

There is a spelling mistake in this part of the doxygen docs

The line should instead be "Tag to identify a particular value reported in the sensor channel data"

There are several other spelling mistakes in several other areas of the doxygen docs in the code. Maybe worth doing an overall spell checking with a grammar tool
