We would like to request the addition of a GitLab tool to the repository. This tool should enable users to interact with GitLab, including creating, updating, and querying issues and merge requests.

Proposed Features:

Create GitLab Issue: Allow users to create new issues in GitLab.
Update GitLab Issue: Enable users to update existing issues in GitLab.
Query GitLab Issues: Provide functionality to search and retrieve issues from GitLab.
Create GitLab Merge Request: Allow users to create new merge requests in GitLab.
Update GitLab Merge Request: Enable users to update existing merge requests in GitLab.
Query GitLab Merge Requests: Provide functionality to search and retrieve merge requests from GitLab.
Add Comments to GitLab Issues and Merge Requests: Allow users to add comments to existing GitLab issues and merge requests.

Benefits:

Streamline project management by integrating GitLab with the existing toolset.
Improve productivity by allowing users to manage GitLab issues and merge requests directly from the repository.
Enhance collaboration by providing a unified interface for issue tracking and code review.

Additional Information:

The tool should support authentication with GitLab using API tokens.
It should handle different GitLab projects and issue/merge request types.
The tool should provide clear error messages and handle exceptions gracefully.

Thank you for considering this feature request. We believe that adding a GitLab tool will greatly enhance the functionality of the repository and benefit all users.
