Currently there is no way for me ingest all files that are in "error" state.

When ingesting files from coral.org , I have 24 files that have errored out and failed ingesting successfully.

There is no way for me to retry ingestion for all files that are in "error" state .

I will need to drill down into each of the folders to locate these files and reingest then again.

Expected Behavior:

Provide a way to retry ingestion for all files that are in "error" state at folder level.
