Knowledge - Provide "pending" state count at folder level

Step to reproduce the problem:

1. Create an agent with knowledge file from website/notion/onedrive and wait for sync to complete.
2. Select a subfolder and use + option to add to knowledge.

Notice that after the Inc count increases for file approval , there is a big delay after which the ingested file status is shown.
During the time when the files are in pending state , there is no status shown at the folder level.

Expected Behavior:
Pending status of the file should be shown at the folder level.
