Finally decided to revert this change. Momentum can be finicky and result in divergence for harder classes of problems. |

Hell all.
I have found that the simple rule to change momentum presented
chg_momentum_fromoption proposed in this reference and implemented in sinkhorn sovlers to work quite well, and be relatively consistent.Any opinion on changing this to be the default? Maybe something like 20~40 could be useful.
