RFE: Copying to/from ceph storage

Hi Walter,

this seems like a great project!
2 questions:

1. How would one configure CEPH storage in the config file? I want to move from one cluster to another, both running their seperate CEPH cluster.
2. I'm guessing this is not a live migration, with memory etc?

1. Sorry, no ceph storage support is available. Feel free to post a PR. We don't run any VMs on ceph, so this is not something that concerns us.
2. Correct, unfortunately. Not only is it without memory, but the VMs are also down during the disk copying. (I am planning to make ZFS migrations faster though, as we can do snapshots there, so the final downtime can be minimised.)
