SC2CF Website - Hosting type

Summary:
One of the next steps for the project is to go-live with an end-user facing website that displays the S2C2F in its entirety.
This website will be pivotal in making the specifications accessible and visible to a wider audience.

The OpenSSF will provide the project with the domain (s2c2f [dot] dev), and can offer two options for us to host the site:

GitHub Pages
The OpenSSF would create a repo for us, and would point the DNS to this repo.

A more advanced solution
If we'd prefer a more robust mechanism for publication, we could use a solution such as Netlify. We would have to submit a request to the OpenSSF to cover the costs of such a service.
