Identify top OSS projects and influential contributors in different software verticals

Use graph analysis techniques to identify key OSS projects and influential contributors in various software verticals like cloud, containers, security, hardware etc

Use the climate approach to identify these on historically known popular projects and use this knowledge to extend this to identify newer projects

Based on the projects identified, identify key user groups in these project segments. Use knowledge obtained in to identify "Core" and "Active" contributors #188 and filter out Peripheral actors.
