Remaining Macro-Elasticity results page bugs

@GoFroggyRun, Thanks for pull request #684 that resolves issue #673 and #683.

Can you also replace the broken print/download capabilities with the same kind of Print, Copy, CSV buttons that you have showing at the bottom of the Static Results page? The fact that the current capabilities don't work was reported earlier by @hdoupe in issue #617.
