Created POIs are not uploaded to OSM when "Offline editing" is Off

1. Open the sidebar > Plugins > OpenStreetMap Editing > cogwheel at the top right
2. Turn off Offline editing
3. Go back to the map
4. Press and hold at any location
5. Click on Actions > Create POI
6. Add details to the new POI:

7. Click on Upload
8. The POI is not uploaded to OSM

This might be related to #4088.

I followed your steps but couldn’t reproduce the problem. Open the Menu > Plugins > OpenStreetMap Editing > disable Offline editing, return to the map, press and hold on a location, select Actions > Create POI, fill in the POI details, and click Upload.

The POI was successfully uploaded in my tests and appears correctly on OSM. Please try using our TestFlight version to see if the issue is resolved: https://testflight.apple.com/join/7poGNCKy.
