Change design?

Now that we have the site up and running, we can probably start discussing the design.

I think the current design does the job, but maybe we could make the page more exciting.

We create our own design of course, but to be honest, I don't think any of us is up for the job. Also, I really don't want any monospace/hackish look. I want it to be inviting and have light colors. I also don't want a design with a hamburger menu.
