Make selectable properties dependent on selected features (check via GetDataAvailability). Implies:

Don't set properties on offering change. Clear them.
(re)Set properties on feature(s) change.
Set only properties having available data for the selected feature(s).
Don't set date range on feature(s) change. Clear it.
Set date range on propertie(s) change, use previous Data Availability call to calculate time span.
Update datepicker to latest version: https://github.com/dangrossman/bootstrap-daterangepicker/releases
