CxxWrap error in CI #711

Oscar CI on all julia versions currently prints the following in all julia versions (e.g. https://github.com/oscar-system/Oscar.jl/actions/runs/6147199531/job/16678124943?pr=2753#step:7:271)

┌ Error: Calling `@wrapmodule` with the path of the library to load is no longer supported. 
│ Pass the name of a function returning the path instead, e.g. use `libfoo_jll.get_libfoo_path` instead of `libfoo_jll.libfoo`.
