Does a value of DEFAULT in the color specs refer to the terminal's foreground and background colors? #389

It invokes the terminal foreground and background colors. For example, if you have a block cursor set, you can see that the color of the filled block is fg while typing. If you mouse out of the terminal, the block is unfilled and uses bg.
