Trying to setup osticket behind a HAProxy load balancer. Most of the site is working. However, when I attempt to mass delete tickets, I get a "Not a directory" error in the logs, the deletion doesn't happen, and the only visual I see is an empty light box floating above the webpage.

Hello, I turn off Modsecurity of host settings and fix it.
