Fetch Email ticket create not generating new customer ticket email notification #893
Comments
Do you need to use the Reply-To header? |
Hi I have the same issue but after adding the email settings in admin panel and checking the auto cron option everything is working quite fine but to convert the email reply to ticket it is necessary to someone login in the admin panel, can you please tell me why cron job is not working when someone is not login in the admin panel. I am using Linux and latest version of osticket. |
@Syedmudassar you have to add a system cronjob or scheduled task in order to periodically run the email fetch routine, you can get more info on our wiki |
On a fetch email ticket create, the customer is not getting a new ticket notification email. All other methods such as api, Web, agent, etc. produce the email.
