What version of osTicket are you using? |
i am using os ticket 1.9.1 right now but this issue is in all the versions of os ticket tool. |
You do realize this is the repo for osTicket 1.7, right? |

If we filter the tickets by giving the email id in the To area by using Manage->Ticket Filters and i autoassign the tickets to some person.The tickets are received in the admin panel not assigned to anyone.Can anyone hep me to sort out this issue??.
