The license text on GitHub is for the MIT license:

pycard/LICENSE

Lines 1 to 3 in b494e24

The MIT License (MIT)
Copyright (c) 2015 Michael Angeletti

(note that the year is not updated)

But the PyPI specifier says it's licensed under the GPLv3:

'License :: OSI Approved :: GNU General Public License v3 (GPLv3)',

Any chance you can clarify what this is actually licensed under?
