Remove Collect X ressources bingo card

Collect X keystones/gorlek ore/spirit light are a purely RNG goal which can be really frustrating when you need to check everything on the map, they shouldn't be a goal especially since there's goals about spending these resources which are more interesting.

Collect spirit light could stay in the cards because of how much spirit light there is in the item pool but might as well remove it for consistency.
