Rework Spend X ressources bingo card

The goal Spend X spirit light and gorlek ore could be reworked as Buy X items from shops and Rebuild X Glades projects.
The gorlek ore one is especially better because you can be asked to spend something like 20 gorlek ores but you won't be able to spend exactly that amount so you'll need to found more than 20 ores so you can build the next project.
Buy X items from shops can be better than Spend Spirit Light because you'll usually want to buy a big hint which cost way more than anything else, which also gives you information about the next progression. Needing to buy multiple items can lead you to buy cheaper items earlier in the game, especially in discovery bingo. This goal can be separated in Buy X items from Twillen and Buy X items from Opher (not listing Lupo since there's already a Buy X map goal)
