Share component markups

Hello,

While working on some components, i realized it would be nice to be able to share component markups and possible CSS to speed up some things While working on designs. Thinking primarly about the blog list components, but this could be useful for lots of other plugins.

How would that workout with themes, i dont know, but i thought i would send that Idea at you.
As to where would be best, i was imagining a dedicated section in the market place.
