CORS - addItems()

am having trouble adding items to my cart when using swell-js with Nextjs 13 app dir. I get a CORS error. I am initializing swell-js in a 'use client' file and then calling swell.cart.addItem({...}) in a client file as well.

swell-js is properly initialized. I can access my swell-session as well as do other things like access my products via swell.products.list({...}).list({...}). But, I can't POST to swell without getting the following error.

I solved this. This was happening when calling swell.cart.addItems inside of another function. When removed and called directly it works just fine.
