The docs have a note saying:
If you try a timestamp in the SHOW query for any time after the moment you ran the DEFINE query setting a CHANGEFEED . e.g. you run this at "2024-02-24T20:01:01Z"
Then choose a timestamp in your SHOW that is after this time e.g. "2024-02-24T20:01:02Z" onwards.
You should no longer see the error and hopefully see change records. |

When I run surrealdb with surrealdb-cli to load demo data provided in the documentation, I always fail to run SHOW statement like:
SHOW CHANGES FOR TABLE person SINCE "2023-09-07T01:23:52Z" LIMIT 10
, with errors below:Then I try to create my own table, insert some records and play with it. Whenever I try to
SHOW CHANGES FOR TABLE xxx
it always fail with the same error, too. What's the correct way to make
SHOW
statements work. The documentation about the statement is very simple and I can't run it successfully in surrealdb-cli. Thanks in advance.Beta Was this translation helpful? Give feedback.
