Support Tooltips in MenuItems

This currently can be done sort of by templating the menu and attaching a tooltip to a child e.g.

<PrimeMenu id="addNewMenu" ref="addNewMenu" :model="addNewMenuItems" :popup="true">
  <template #item="{ item }">
    <p v-tooltip="'Hello'">My Item</p>
  </template>
</PrimeMenu>

But I don't want to override the default item slot.
