Bounced emails are not forwarded to the end point address/routing address

Hello There!

I'm not understanding what's wrong with postal for me. Because, No bounced emails are forwarded to me from postal, even though I added([email protected]) to Routes as well as ENDPOINT, and tested several times sending emails to "[email protected]", but all the bounce messages are still showing as failed, but nothing forwarded to me on "[email protected]".

Kindly help me with it If possibly little detailed, step by step on how to add email and etc to get the bounced emails forwarded to me as quickly as it hits to the postal...
