For years Postal hasn't had a good place for users to get support and make suggestions. Historically, we've used GitHub Issues for this but the volume of queries has made managing the project very complicated and led to a situation where the core maintainers are overwhelmed and never able to focus on the important things that need attention.

With the advent of GitHub Discussions, much of this changes. We have now enabled it for this repository and we will requiring all users to use this space rather than our Issues list when they wish to ask questions. All existing outstanding support queries will be moved to discussions in the next few days. If you still have an issue, please re-raise it as a discussion in the Help & Support category.

I strongly recommend that any users of Postal set up notifications to ensure they receive any messages posted in the Announcements category. We will use this going forward to announce updates, security issues and other important news that you may need to know.
