Possible to open Phoenix Code in Maximized Window?

Bug: After inital installation, every time Phoenix Code starts (Windows 10, Windows 11), it moves a little off screen (to right and down). After a while, every time it is run, the first thing to do is to grab a mouse, and drag the window back, so that it can be seen in full. Ideal would be, if it could open at the location where it was closed. But an easy fix would be if it were possible to start phoenix Code in maximized window - setting Windows shortcut to open in maximized window makes no difference.

Thanks for reporting the issue. This is related to an already tracked issue. This is scheduled on later this year only along a major UI rework.
