Could not load pg_search when I already put it in shared preload library

When I try sample search of pg_search:
CALL paradedb.create_bm25(
index_name => 'search_idx',
schema_name => 'public',
table_name => 'mock_items',
key_field => 'id',
text_fields => paradedb.field('description') || paradedb.field('category'),
numeric_fields => paradedb.field('rating')
);
I encountered this error although I already put pg_search in the list of shared_preload_libraries.

ERROR: Could not get lock on writer. Have you added the extension to the shared preload library list?
CONTEXT: SQL statement "CREATE INDEX search_idx_bm25_index ON public.mock_items USING bm25 (id, description, rating, category) WITH (key_field='id', text_fields='{"category":{},"description":{}}', numeric_fields='{"rating":{}}', boolean_fields='{}', json_fields='{}', datetime_fields='{}', uuid="6ddf8cc3-f42f-443c-bdf1-3104d729f966") ;"

Hi @ManhNV0907. Thanks for opening up this discussion. Could you please open an issue in https://github.com/paradedb/paradedb/issues/new?assignees=&labels=bug&projects=&template=bug_report.yml and provide all of your steps for reproduction? We'll take a look but we need a full reproduction
