Can you provide more detail on what you are trying to achieve?

As mentioned in #7790 (comment), the latest ot-br-posix main branch should automatically configure:

1. Routable IPv6 prefixes for the different Thread networks and the infrastructure (i.e. Ethernet) link.
2. Routes to the the routable IPv6 prefix of each Thread network.

Jonathan thank you for your reply. In our test sites, we have multiple floor building with flor heating containing aluminum sheet which blocks all radio transmissions between floors. We would like to test OpenThread backbone function. We place OpenThread border routers on 3 floors and to each of the border routers we connect 10 devices. All 3 border routers are connected to a simple ethernet switch (without VLANs). Each border router on all floors has communication between devices, but we cannot establish communication between floors.
Below is information which commit we using for Border Routers.

    [adv-proxy] treat `NOT_FOUND` as success when unpublishing host/service (#1355)

    This commit updates `AdvertisingProxy` so that when it is unpublishing
    a host or service entry on the underlying `Mdns::Publisher` if the
    returned error is `OTBR_ERROR_NOT_FOUND` the error is treated as
    success and reported as such to OT core `Srp::Server`. This ensures
    that an SRP update request to remove a not previously registered
    host/service is not rejected by the platform and therefore by the
    `ot::Srp:Server`.

I just realize that on my Beaglebone I'm using NetworkManager - maybe that's causing the problem?
