Pre-processing fails with EER files

Hello,

I am running the first step in preprocessing job (frame alignment with unblur) and it fails with the following errors. Are EER files not supported?

This should only be a warning, the job should still complete successfully. Also, version 0.6.1 should have better support for eer files.

The errors are gone and the jobs seems to be running now, thank you
