displaying status while running micro run .

The command micro run . takes a few seconds to return back the prompt and even that doesn't indicate that the service is actually running.
It would be useful to have some visual indicators of progress reflecting the current status of the service.

for example:

bash-5.0# micro run .
building service users ...
starting service users ...
service users is listening to port 3254.
bash-5.0#
