Collaborative Mindmap with features

I am strongly seeking a kind of mindmap app.

It’s a collaborative mindmap where collaborators have different privileges (view, edit, owner can lock nodes).

It should have labelable edges.

It should have excellent editing keybindings and be exportable to text (like MarkDown).

Right now I’m exploring Obsidian, Coggle, Mermaid, Miro, and Roam.

Does anyone think they know something like Obsidian mindmapping but with labeled edges and user access control?
